Around Atlanta

Rooms people actually use now.

  • ...They were in and out in four days. I train before the kids wake up — the room doesn’t feel like a basement anymore.

    James R. · Buckhead

Private gym · 280 sq. ft.

  • I was driving to Pilates five days a week and losing an hour every time I left the house. Now the reformer is upstairs, and it’s the prettiest room we have.

Who we are

Family owned and operated

We’re Atlanta homeowners — family, dog, and all. We built this around the experience we’d want in our own house: clear pricing, thoughtful design, showing up when promised, respecting the home, communicating constantly, and leaving it spotless. You’re letting someone into a house you care about.

Questions

FAQ

How much does it cost?+

Packages start at $20,000 for finishes and install. Equipment is not included. We’ll price your room from photos before you invest heavily.

Is equipment included?+

No. The price is the room — flooring, mirrors, lighting, walls, storage. If you want equipment ordered and assembled, we’ll do it at cost.

How long does it take?+

Once installation begins, most projects are completed in about one working week. Design and material lead times come first — we’ll give you a clear timeline before you commit.

Which rooms work?+

Spare bedrooms, finished basements, bonus rooms, and offices are our most common projects. We work in finished rooms — not unfinished basements, additions, or spaces that need walls moved. Typical residential ceilings are fine; we’ll flag anything unusual on the walkthrough.

Do I need permits or construction?+

Our projects are intentionally designed to avoid structural remodeling, so usually no. If licensed work is needed — lighting upgrades are the common case — we identify it before work begins and coordinate the right professional. No mid-project surprises.

Can you work with equipment I already own?+

Yes. Send photos of what you have — we’ll design the room around it. If you want new pieces, we’ll order and assemble them at cost.

Do you handle everything?+

The room, yes. You hire us and receive a finished space — we coordinate the work, protect the rest of your home, and leave it spotless. Equipment is not part of the build-out; we can order and assemble it at cost if you want.
